Arthur
Field

Arthur Field was a visiting professor
at Clemson University and is Director of the International Conducting
Guild. Dr. Field won the Mendelssohn Award for Piano in his youth.
He studied conducting for three years under Dr. Joiner at Furman and
conducted
the Greenville Symphony Orchestra in Dvorak's 9th Symphony, as well
as the Carolina Pops Orchestra in the last four years. He also is
the auther on several articles on music. This Orchestra, and arranging
music for it, fulfills more of his life's
dreams.
